Medallion - (Sicily)

Confraternity of San Giuseppe al Palazzo

All the medallions were made of silver and date back to different eras:

The medallions are all worked in relief and represent the half-length image of St. Joseph holding the Child Jesus in his arms and a twig with lily flowers in his right hand.

A - Pectoral medallion for the Prior (1907);

B - Pectoral medallion for office holders (1789);

C - Pectoral medallion for confreres (1900 ca).
