Medallion - (Triveneto)

Archconfraternity of Sant'Antonio di Padova

The members of the Archconfraternity of St. Anthony of Padua, canonically established in the year 1232 at the Basilica of St. Anthony in Padua, today wear the Medallion on the confraternity cloak.  Antoniano supported by a red cordon.

With the Statutes of the early 1900s this figure disappeared, so the original Medallion is now worn by the Prior.

The medallion (in the photo) is the silver reproduction of that of the Prior.
