The ciborium consists of four columns with Corinthian capitals and two gilded bronze statues, placed in two niches, representing St. Peter and St. Paul. 1.75 meters high and 84 cm wide, the ciborium was built in 1700 by the well-known Neapolitan silversmith Nicola Treglia, commissioned by the Archconfraternity of the SS. Sacrament.
